ECM Group is proud to have been involved in the commercial fit out of Mama Li, a contemporary Cantonese restaurant located in Wood Wharf, Canary Wharf, London, with the interior design delivered by renowned hospitality design studio Macauley Sinclair.
Situated within one of London's most prominent commercial and hospitality destinations, Mama Li brings authentic Hong Kong inspired dining to Canary Wharf, combining traditional Cantonese influences with contemporary restaurant design and a welcoming customer experience.
Designed by Macauley Sinclair, a specialist in restaurant, hospitality and commercial interior design, the project brings together creative architectural detailing, high quality finishes and a carefully considered dining environment.
Working collaboratively alongside the wider construction and design team, ECM Group contributed to delivering this high-quality hospitality fit-out, supporting the transformation of a commercial space into a fully operational restaurant environment.
Projects of this nature require careful coordination, detailed planning and a strong understanding of the challenges associated with commercial fit outs, restaurant refurbishments, hospitality construction and building services installations. Working within an architecturally led environment requires close collaboration between specialist contractors, interior designers and project stakeholders to ensure technical installations complement the overall design intent.
As a specialist turnkey building services contractor, ECM Group works across commercial, hospitality, retail and high end residential developments throughout London and the South East. Our multidisciplinary expertise enables us to support main contractors, developers, architects and interior designers throughout the construction process, from initial design coordination and technical planning through to installation, commissioning and final handover.
The Mama Li project represents another opportunity for ECM Group to contribute to London's evolving hospitality sector, working alongside established design professionals such as Macauley Sinclair to help deliver distinctive commercial environments where design, quality and functionality are equally important.
